Rudy is an executive search professional with 12 years experience recruiting executives and key personnel in a numerous of high technology sectors. Rudy holds the CPC designation from National Personnel Associates certifying dedication to the highest level of ethics and professionalism.

Prior to joining the Carleton Group, Rudy specialized in recruiting C-level executives to manage start-up high technology companies in Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, and North America.  He has conducted searches for clients large and small in 47 states and on 4 continents. 

He holds both a BSBA degree and an MBA degree from the University of Maine.  Rudy resides in Gorham with his wife Anna and three children.

Prior to Co-founding the Carleton Group Mike was a manufacturing and management professional with over 20 years experience. He has held positions such as the Director of Manufacturing, Project Manager and Business Manager with several leading manufacturing companies serving the high tech and precision industries including Irwin, Augat/Thomas and Betts, and others. Over his career he was recognized for his efforts in creating lean and productive operations. Leading change and managing growth.

Mike serves as member for the Board of Advisors at the University of Southern Maine’s School of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology and is a part-time faculty member for the School as well. 

He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Southern Maine and an MBA in Operations from the University of New Hampshire.  Mike resides in Gorham with his wife Judy and two sons, enjoys coaching youth sports, cycling and playing the guitar.
